The wristbands are $10 and enables parents to have unlimited attractions for the duration of your party.
Your deposit is $100 and is non-refundable but does go towards your party total. If you decide to cancel your party, the deposit will not be refunded back to you.
You will get 1 pizza for every 5 participants. All pizzas are half cheese, half pepperoni. If you have special dietary restrictions, please let us know at the time of booking, and Malibu Jack’s will accommodate those needs. (Ashland is all cheese). Additional pizzas are available for $20 plus tax. Service charges may apply.
Your 1.5 hours of party space will begin with food coming out right way. Then you can serve your cake and presents, then the kids are free to go play. If you have an all-access timed card, it will begin after the first swipe.
Space is delegated depending on the number of participants you book for. 10participants and under will get one A or B space, more than 10 participants will get a Combo (AB) space. We can always add play cards and food but cannot guarantee additional party space if additional kids show up on the day of your party.
The number of participants that you have on file day of your party is what you are financially responsible for. You will still receive the play cards and food associated with that participant count.
All birthday parties must have a minimum of 8 participants. If you have less participants, please contact your Malibu Jack's park to book.
We do not permit any outside food or drinks into the park. You may bring in a cake, cupcake or cookies. Malibu Jack’s does not have freezer storage.
The goodies bags are $3.50 each and include small toys and candy.
Party Beach space is $150 per hour without a package.
You have up to 3 days prior to your event to increase your headcount, and we will do our best to accommodate a larger room. Whatever number we have on file for you day of your party, is what you are financially responsible for.
You’re welcome to arrive 15 minutes prior to your party start time to check in.
If you want to pre-order pizzas, they will all be half cheese, half pepperoni and are $18each. Additional pitchers can be ordered through the restaurant on the day of your party.
Table decorations and balloons are more than welcome! We do not allow anything to be hung on the walls. We do not allow confetti, pinatas, silly string, etc.
There are limited additional seats around the perimeter of your party space. Thenumber of seats is not guaranteed.
State taxes apply as well as a Service fee of 15%, which allows Malibu Jack’s to pay PartyHosts a premium rate to give you the best experience possible. Anything you leaveabove and beyond will go directly to your Party Host.
All of the party spaces are located in Party Beach.
We provide tablecloths, plates for food and cake, cups, napkins and forks. You are more than welcome to bring your own themed supplies if you wish.
Your guests have access to all of the attractions for as many times as you can ride during your allotted time. Age and height restrictions still apply.
